CEO Peer Advisory Board Structure
The primary purpose of a CEO Peer Group is to dedicate time to the most important responsibility of a CEO’s job – working on the business. You can hire people to work in your business, but only the CEO can effectively work on the business – it is a responsibility that can not be delegated.
